Online & Mobile app Listing
Exhibitor listings will be included in the CLA 2019 eventScribe Itinerary Planner and meeting app which will be accessible by all attendees.
Exhibitors have been sent email from CadmiumCD with instructions to log into their Conference Harvester® program to upload their program listing information and company logo. We encourage exhibitors to complete their listings as soon as possible, as listing information and company logos will be integrated in CLA's eventScribe Itinerary Planner and meeting app which will be accessible by all attendees.
For general questions on program listings, contact Penny McQuality at 630-929-7932 or firstname.lastname@example.org. For technical questions about submitting your listing and logo, please contact CadmiumCD at support@eventScribe.com or 410-638-9239.
Be aware that you may receive an invitation to advertise in an Expo-Guide which can appear to come from CLA. We strongly recommend that you ignore such invitations as we do not authorize or support in any way similar publications purporting to represent our event.
We have been advised that Expo Guide S.C. and Construct Data Publishers have been soliciting paid listings in their publications, Expo-Guide and FAIR Guide, from exhibiting companies of the California Library Association Annual Conference and Exhibition.
Please be advised that the California Library Association and Hall-Erickson, Inc. have no relationship or affiliation with these organizations and does not recommend, approve or endorse any involvement or listing in the Expo-Guide or FAIR Guide on behalf of the California Library Association exhibitors.
As an exhibitor, your listing in the CLA Online Itinerary Planner and Mobile App are always complimentary. Returning a signed contract to Expo-Guide S.C. or Construct Data Publishers will result in a multi-year advertising obligation with high fees.
The International Association of Exhibitions and EventsTM (IAEE) has also issued a warning to all of their members about Construct Data / FAIR Guide.
We have advised Expo-Guide S.C. and Construct Data Publishers that we consider the use of "California Library Association", in connection with their solicitation, to be an infringement of our trademark rights and have asked them to cease using this term.
If you have any questions about this situation, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
